What Margin Desk is

A tool that reads supplier invoices, tracks ingredient and material prices, and prepares suggestions (menu prices, change-order drafts, payment reminders) for you to review. It is general business information, not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

You stay in control

• Margin Desk never changes your prices, contracts or customers on its own. You approve every price change and every message.
• AI can misread a document. Check each invoice before approving it; numbers you approve are your responsibility.
• Suggestions are estimates based on the invoices and recipes you provide. They do not guarantee any margin or profit.

Reminders to your customers

You decide who receives a payment reminder and what it says. You must have the right to contact them, and the reminders must follow the laws that apply to you. [Review applicable collection and email rules.]

Your account and data
